  • Atlanta Dream (WNBA Team)

    Consulting

    I worked with the Atlanta Dream’s ownership group and general manager to hire two key medical and performance staff members ahead of the 2025 WNBA season. I led the process to align on the criteria for the roles, sourced candidates, and led the interview process.

  • Stanford Graduate School of Business

    Case Writing

    I’ve written 20+ case studies for Stanford GSB MBA classes. I work with GSB professors to identify teaching objectives and lead the process to interview company representatives and develop the case content. Some of my favorite cases include CrowdStrike and the emerging cybersecurity threat; Nextdoor’s monetization challenges; and Nike’s efforts to build a walking shoe targeted at an older demographic.

  • Professional Ski Racer

    Coaching

    I worked with a professional ski racer who had suffered a devastating lower leg injury that kept her out of competition for over a year. Over the course of a three-month coaching engagement, we worked to develop her vision for her post-skiing career, explore aspects of her identity, and provide accountability as she planned her comeback.

  • Boston Legacy FC (NWSL Team)

    Consulting

     As part of my work with Bloom Sports Partners, I engaged with the ownership group of the latest NWSL expansion team to help build their vision for the team, establish guiding principles, and start to make critical hires on the soccer side. I also supported the process to hire Boston’s general manager.

  • Women's Sports Investor (Bain & Company)

    Coaching

    I worked with a former management consultant to complete a pivot into the business of women’s sports. In our weekly coaching sessions, I used targeting inquiry and other structured activities to help provide clarity and accountability for her job search. She landed a role with the top private equity fund focused on women’s sports.

  • General Catalyst

    Case Writing - Internal Training

    I wrote two custom case studies for training for 30 investors at one of the world’s largest and most successful venture capital firms. The cases featured HubSpot and Black Duck, two of the fund’s successful exits. I worked in partnership with two Harvard Business School professors to develop the case learning objectives and deliver the content.
